Delivery to a residential, non-commercial address incurs a small additional fee. Our shipping team will disclose these fees upon confirming your shipping destination.
Delivery inside your building or to a different floor in your building incurs an additional fee.Our shipping team will disclose these fees upon confirming details.

A delivery appointment is always required for freight truck delivery. Delivery appointments are schedule directly by the freight truck company, who will reach out to the Shipping Point of Contact provided above. If the customer is not available during the scheduled appointment, the product will be returned to the freight truck company's warehouse and the customer will be responsible for all freight, holding, and redelivery fees.

Additional charges and fees for freight truck delivery map apply for Residential Delivery or Inside Delivery. If Residential Delivery or Inside Delivery is not requested in this form, but it is completed onsite, you are responsible for these additional charges.

While it doesn't happen often, there are instances where products is mishandled during shipping by a third party carrier. Please inspect the product carefull upon delivery, and NOTE ANY AND ALL DAMAGE ON THE PROOF OF DELIVERY FORM from the carrier. Please also take photographs of any damage you notice. This will serve as proof of damage and will allow us to reimburse you as quickly as possible. Thank you!
