We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for any products purchased on our online store. If you have any questions prior to placing an order, please reach out to us at and we will be happy to help!
If we messed up and shipped the order incorrectly or if your order got damaged in-transit, please let us know within 5 business days of receiving your order by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll make it right. Please provide as much detail as possible and include photos of the damaged product.
Open Water products are shipped using parcel shippers (like UPS, FedEx, and others). Our delivery fee is $4 per order, unless 3+ cases are ordered at a time—then shipping is provided complimentary.
For parcel shipments, if you are not home at the time of delivery, the shipper will leave the order on your doorstep or package receiving area. If they are unable to leave it at your address, the shipper will return the next possible day to attempt redelivery.
Pallet orders (mini and partial pallets) will be shipped via freight carrier. Once an order is placed, you will receive an email form from Open Water's logistics team asking for additional receiving details. We will aim to deliver your pallet order within 5 business days of receiving the form back.
