“Make it better” is our bare-knuckled challenge to the status-quo. It is a deeply-held belief that there is always room for improvement. We own our mistakes, and we use them as a learning opportunity. We leverage data and don’t shy away from constructive confrontation to help us make better decisions. Mediocrity? Not in our waters.
LEAD WITH KINDNESS
Whether it's within our squad or out in the market wilderness, our approach is respectful and genuine. The best way to lead is by example. TL;DR don’t be an asshole.
DO THE HARD THINGS
Changing an entire industry is not easy. We embrace challenges and take them head-on rather than passing them around like unwanted fruitcake. We are doers.
WE'RE MARATHON RUNNERS
Building something great takes time and dedication. We take a long-term view when making decisions and avoid being distracted by that shiny new thing. Don’t mistake our endurance for a leisurely pace: like elite marathon runners, we still go freaking fast.
